Wolverine and the X-men

A colleague of mine and I started this project roughly this week. We had plans to do something else, but it didn't follow through. We're aiming to do the introduction to Wolverine and the X-men in 3D. If you're unfamiliar with said trailer, you can view it here:

Currently we're in the process of modeling the main characters: Wolverine, Cyclops, Beast, Shadowcat, Storm, Emma Frost, Nightcrawler, and Iceman. We're using two different applications: 3DS Max and Lightwave 3D. Currently, I'm not sure of which application to use for animation, rigging, lighting, and/or texturing. I would prefer to use Maya, but when we set up shop to actively seek animators and the following, we'll have to cater to what application the majority will be using.

It isn't original, but the idea is to catch someone's attention. If done right, it can be rather successful and possibly open up doors.

Pittsburgh Media Groups Blog Update

Yo, people. I have given permissions to people, so that they can update work relevant to current projects, and/or ideas and concepts for upcoming projects.

Concept for Tech?!

Hey Guys. Here goes a look at a cartoon idea I have. Main concept is to make fun of the tech crazed industry and all it has to offer. These guys are techs who work at a mall tech center (kiosk) As people come to them with their tech problems, these techs with their "greater than thou" mentality basically go hay wire. :)

Animation Media Group

Welcome the Pittsburgh Media Groups. The main idea here to get artist and writers together to help push creative and new ideas which can be finalized and brought to life. There already is a large talent poll in Pittsburgh. There is no reason we cant all get together to help each other out. The overall long term goal is to create an online content site which showcases talent of the Artist and Writers. Stories and ideas that have been developed as by individuals who have come together as one. Hopefully, the content that we can create will be attractive not only the viewers in Pittsburgh but around the world someday.
